Bainum Family Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation,” ”We,” or “Us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the websites bainumfdn.org, dcearlyedx.org, wevisionearlyed.org, aceacademy.org, instructionalframework.org, bainumfarm.org, and any other websites owned or operated by the Foundation (our “Websites”); in connection with in-person meetings and events; over the phone; and through our programs. It also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Children Under the Age of 13
Our Websites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Websites. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Foundation as a result of a contract or financial transaction.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
