We
Grow
Leaders
ACE Academy develops innovative and courageous leaders for Seventh-day Adventist schools.
ACE Academy is an initiative of the Bainum Family Foundation. We are on a mission to support the future of Adventist K-12 education by equipping and empowering school leaders with tools to effectively meet the challenges facing today’s schools.
The vision for ACE Academy starts with our vision for school principals: Joy-filled, well-equipped, and well-supported change makers.
We bring together creative minds and passionate educators in the field to create new solutions for growing school leaders.
Let’s
reimagine
leadership
development for Adventist education.
We provide school leaders with the tools to not only do their jobs better, but with greater fulfillment and confidence. We believe learning does not stop with a degree and are firm believers that training should be relevant and exciting. That’s why professional development with ACE Academy is unlike anything you’ve experienced.
Being a school principal can be a lonely experience. We connect school leaders with a network of seasoned and experienced leadership advocates and thought partners.
Sustainable school success requires a steady stream of capable and creative leaders at all levels of the education system. We are committed to tackling the challenges of attracting courageous and innovative thinkers into school leadership. From undergrad education majors to second degree professionals, we cultivate future leaders with the support needed to be successful.
We want great leaders to discover genuine joy in their work, leading to longer tenures and more substantial impact. We team up with system leaders to design clear paths for leaders to thrive. This includes strategies to retain outstanding talent, facilitate smooth leadership transitions, and boost job satisfaction.
Our programs champion a bold vision: schools where every child can find a path to success, no matter their race, gender or socio-economic circumstances. We instill within leaders a strong commitment to nurture vibrant and inclusive school communities that embrace the diverse needs of their children and families.
